"On 10/3/23 I went to this store for help. I was meet with we don’t have this color and I ask that they call another Sherwin Williams store to get it since this is a company account that does business with them. The manager and owner just ask me to drive to another store for help. Extremely poor service and unwelcoming environment. Will never return."

"If nothing else, this store is consistent. Consistently terrible, that is. Employees who can’t seem to be bothered to help anyone. Zero customer service. More interested in carrying on social conversations with coworkers and commercial customers than assisting residential customers. Poor product knowledge, and the list goes on. Every. Single. Time. I’ve given up on this location right around the corner. Always a good experience at the 1623 Matthews-Mint Hill Rd location."

"Drove 30 mins and their hours aren’t what’s posted online. They have different hours posted as “temporary” but they span 7 months. Not very temporary, update your hours to not waste people’s time."

I called the store early before visiting to be sure they had the paint I was looking for, Guadalupe answered and was nice in answering all my questions. This will be my go to store for all my paint needs. Thank you Mint Hill staff for being so nice and kind!"
