"I love their oils and vinegars, cute shop and nice people - but I’m done with them. They cannot keep regular hours. Multiple times in the last year I have showed up in the middle of the afternoon only to find the closed sign up during their posted Open hours. This is a waste of my time and disrespectful to customers. I hope the owner is paying attention, this is a sure fire way to ruin your business!"

"I’ve been going to Pour Olive for at least 7 years because I love their product and we come to get our EVOO refilled here. We drive from Huntersville because we love supporting small businesses and want Pour Olive to stay. Unfortunately we came today at 3:30pm and they were closed with no sign other than their closed sign and the hours they are open (which we were well within). Another 2 customers came by while we were there as well. We would appreciate if the answering machine message, social media, Google Maps (anything, really) was updated to let customers know when the store is closed during regular business hours."
