"They Have a bad service because if you get there 2 minutes late they don't attend you and if you call on Friday on time to tell them your going to be a few minutes late it says that there is nobody to answer cause it's closed and they also say that there is only a few worker working so they can't attend you but when you get there on time you have to wait 30 minutes for them to attend you but they don't want to wait when you get there 2 minutes late."

"On Wednesday Jan 19,2022 my son had a consultation with Happy Tooth at the Durham location to receive braces. Upon arrival I was asked to fill out paper work for a new patient, which I completed before arriving. Once inside I go to the front desk to check in. The young lady check us in. She asked if I filled out the paper work . I responded yes. She couldn’t find it the system ,so I filled out the forms for the second time. The team call him back to do their exams and came up with a treatment plan for him. I was then called to the back to meet with a young lady name Amber (treatment coordinator) whom was very polite and welcoming. She goes over the plan with me and the cost .While going over the plan The doctor never comes in to consult with me and Amber. I kindly asked her what the reviews were because I didn’t know about the place.I was referred by my son dentist. She had no problems pulling up the reviews. I didn’t see anything that was alarming in the reviews. So we continue speaking about cost and when they could begin treatment. Amber walks out to speak to someone. She comes back and says “we can do the braces today”. I said ok great. At this point the Dr Never came in to greet me or my son . I did see him with another patient. I just said to myself “he’s just busy.” I proceed with down payment anyway because Amber made me feel great about the decision to move forward. After braces were placed on, the person(s) that placed them on did not go over the after care plan with me (the parent) in the presents of the child. She didn’t introduce herself or tell me the roll she played . No one did, but Amber. My son told me that the young lady checking us out was a person that helped but his braces on. While waiting to check out the Dr never spoke to me to make sure everything went well even after the braces were put on. I asked to speak Amber, she did come out and she answered my questions I had about eating and 1st payment. The Next day my sons rubber bands started coming a loose.I tried calling Happy tooth all day Thursday 1 -20-22 with no luck or response. On Friday 1-21-22 I decided to go there in person because I wasn’t getting a response . Well they were closed. I ignored the red FLAGS so here I am trying rectify this issue. And one of the biggest red flag was Not Speaking with the Dr through out the Entire time I was in the Durham office."

"Would not recommend.they rush you in and out and do not properly take care of your brackets refuse to fix brackets. Everyone in the office tells you something different."
