"Horrible payment manipulation, you are quoted with a price before work completes, and hit with additional charges after, when you no longer have a choice. NOT ONE EMAIL about what potentially ended up in collections and i wasn't aware of this at all. But more importantly i wasn't aware UPFRONT that this would be the cost of the work performed. I was giving FALSE cost estimate. After speaking with the front office i was told there is nothing they can do to settle this and remove it from collections. I have been coming here for years and when it comes to appointments i get 1000 calls but no one could take their time to actually email me or call to inform me. I will be reporting this. UPDATE: 10/31/23 HORRIBLE !!! the finally got the payment from my insurance that needed to be reimbursed and i only found out because i called the insurance myself. Check cashed for a month and no word from them to send it back to me. Terrible BILLING practice, luck of communication on the issue, excuses after excuses, now my phone number is no longer in service - that is their excuse for not contacting me, i had the same number for 20 years and still get their appointment text. I am going to write a long letter and have this practice reported. That's the bottom line. Also never apologies for their mistakes. UPDATE: 11/8/23 NO CHECK has yet been received for reimbursement."

"If you a patient here be very careful about your billing issues. They file under wrong insurance companies and when denied send you to collections without contacting you. When you contact them about it they try to blame it on you and be very rude ."

"I had an emergency and called the office to see what I needed to do. I was able to get in the next morning. Dr. Kovicak did his magic. He worked for over 2 hours to save my tooth. He had to use all the tricks he had and I was able to walk out with my tooth repaired.. His dental assistant was fabulous and so kind. She was constantly reassuring me the entire time that everything was ok. I’ve been going to this office for almost 3 yrs, they all are so personable and caring. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist Amy. She’s the bomb. I get the best cleaning. The doctor is so down to earth and makes you feel so comfortable and he explains everything and is upfront with what’s going on and what he can do or can’t do. Thank you all and I love this office."

"I had the worst experience at USD at the Morrisville location. They canceled my appointment without prior notice. They even checked me in, got me seated with the tech, and told me they had to cancel my appointment because their system canceled the appointment due to an overdue charge- because they didn't claim the insurance or had messed up the paperwork. The office front desk staff and office manager was busy chatting about their personal life and didn't even bother to verify my information when I arrived. They don't value their client's time and the way the office manager handled my concerns and her tone of talking was extremely unprofessional. I asked to talk to her supervisor and she refused to even give me the information. I will not be going back to this location."
