"Overall experience was good. This retail childrens clothing store is located right next to Dillard's. It is very easy to find in the Asheville Outlets mall, as you can park closer to the Dillards side of the mall and walk over to the store. The store has many options for children from toddlers to 3 and 6 year olds and up. I will say they did not have a very large newborn nor 2-4 month section in the store. They also do not have any baby hats, caps, or beanies, which is what we were hoping to find. I do not shop for baby/children clothes often, but now with our 3 month old growing fast, it is time to put the Chaco's into sport mode. The staff are friendly inside, and the store is laid out quite nicely for age and size sections. They were not too busy for a Saturday on Memorial Day weekend either. Overall it was a nice store and my baby was very happy and smiling the whole time. I suppose we might come back in the future."

"I just wanted to leave a positive review for the Carter's Asheville Store. I had placed an order online through the carters.com website and one of the items could only be picked up in store. When I went to pick up my item, the store could not locate it, so I figured I would go online and cancel that item to get a refund. I got a call from the store later that they had located another shirt for me and that they would hold it under my name and provided me a coupon for my troubles. The store could've just left it at the order was lost and sorry for my inconvenience, but they went above and beyond to locate another shirt to give to me. Thank you for the great service!"
