"Excellent customer experience. Very helpful without purchasing pressure! 01/09/24 - Update I wrote an another review after having posted the one above expressing my frustration with the inability of getting an appointment for an adjustment. I was unable to locate that post to update on that post. A representative from Affordable support returned a phone call to me shortly after my post. She was very patient with me as I expressed and said all this could have been avoided if the office phone simply left a message stating they are closed for the holidays and would return January 2nd. Nonetheless, she found me an appointment for the 9th and all was well. A couple of days later, Virginia, another agent from customer care called to follow up with my grievance. After explaining to her the situation I encountered, she confirmed my appointment and went a step further to locate a sooner appointment; seven days sooner, here I am . I felt the need to update my previous post (where ever that is) as Affordable truly redeemed themselves. As from the beginning, the staff was as wonderful. Gail, she worked on my adjustment and was absolutely wonderful. She was very patient with me and went the extra mile to ensure my new denture was comfortable. I really appreciated her kindness and explaining to me in detail what was going on with my denture. She is so sweet! My original post stands! I am extremely pleased with my new and improved denture and excellent customer service and support!"

I was nervous but as soon and I got there everyone was so helpful. I had to immediately go back the next day for an adjustment and they fit me right in and got me out the door.
