"Dr. Farrar has been so great for me as someone who has anxiety about dentists and a bad checkup. Dr. Farrar will talk you through what she’s doing during a filling which helps me not be too nervous. She’s offered me back if things weren’t done quite right (fillings). I’ve also brought the wrong payment before and been able to work with receptionists to change payments. They will help you figure out the costs for each treatment."

"They are just ok here. The doctor doesn’t really listen to you or address your concerns. It is very hard to get an appointment even if you are an established patient. They do not check the cost of your procedure before you book so it is hard to plan accordingly. However, they are really nice at the front desk, the office is clean, and the location is good. Overall, there are much better offices in the area."

"Dr. Farrar is beyond fantastic. I came here after a not-so-great experience at another dentist. Dr. Farrar and her staff are kind and patient, even with an anxious dental patient like myself. She really puts you at ease without feeling like you're being infantilized. I love how she listened to my concerns, didn't dismiss them, and did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable while I was there. Can't recommend Farrar Family Dentistry enough!"

"I have been very fortunate indeed with my teeth having been blessed with a durable and beautiful set that have served me well for 66 years. Sadly, however, as we age-- so do our teeth. The first year of COVID, I broke one molar and lost a crown on another this year. Adding yet another dimension of complexity-- being relatively new to town-- I knew of no reputable dentists. (I should add that I've always relied on dental schools for the gold standard maintenance of my teeth.) Sadly, there are none here in North Carolina. Enter Dr. Farrar-- I prayed and found her in my medical insurance provider's directory. I can't say enough about how professional, meticulous and sensitive she is in the way she approaches her patients. And, if I had young children, she's the dentist I'd want to look after their teeth! I wish I could rate her 10 stars."
