"I was referred to Manpower by a local Hendrick dealership service adviser, for a body repair to my BMW M5. Tim took a look over the minor damage and was confident in being able to repair the car's rear bumper. A few days later I dropped the car off and after a couple weeks passed the job was completed. The car looked fantastic and was clean, and Tim was really good at communicating any delays or hiccups during the process. The part that bothers me and will prevent me from recommending manpower to anyone is why my car upon pickup has a substantial amount of mileage (joy rides) without my approval and the job was for a rear bumper replacement and spray. There is no need for someone to drive 20 miles for that repair, really shouldn't need any miles. I also had over 1/4 tank of gas when I dropped the car off (rarely go below 1/4 before I fill-up) and only 15 miles to empty when I picked the car up, which is horrible for the fuel pumps. Lastly, anyone who drives a turbo car knows there's a quart of oil in the trunk for top up... Well, the half gallon of spare oil wasn't in the boot upon pickup anymore... If it was a beater vehicle I would have just shrugged it off, but it's not, it's my weekend car and I waited a long time to own one. Just disappointed in the delivery process and how my vehicle was driven about without my consent or lack of respect for my knowledge... Long story short, keep looking, it'll be worth the wait when you find the right shop.."

"I hit a deer on my my way home from work, I wasn't to sure who to go threw to get my car fixed being that I wanted to get a aftermarket hood instead of an OEM hood. When I called Williams Subaru they of course recommended to Manpower. When I called Tim he was helpful and understanding from the start, we met a couple times and discussed everything that would need to happen to make everything work. Carbon hood finally was delivered cracked. Manpower fixed the hood within 2 days and got it to fit like OEM on the car which is hard to do with carbon fiber. During the whole process of replacing and painting the bumper and fender I built custom headlights for the car and Tim took on the challenge of installing them, Manpower went above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect. Tim and his techs have amazing workmanship, and you can really trust them. 10/10 recommend"
