"My last visit to this dentist office was in May 2022. I was never treated by the dentist who is the current owner - Robert Eisberg DDS. I have dental insruance and paid $30 out of pocket on the day of my visit in May 2022. Insurance claim documents confirm my patient obligation was $0, meaning I shouldn't have had to pay at all on the date of treatment.Today (2/6/2024), I received a bill for $98 stating that it was more than 90 days past due, demanding immediate payment, and threatening collections. The office could not tell me what the invoice was for, or why it was being sent 2 years after my visit. This is not a legitimate invoice and I owe nothing to this dentist. Many people would have just paid without question. If they've done this to me, they've done this to others. Beware."

"Their Google Maps listing, as well as their own web page states that they are open on Saturday's. When I called, I was told by an answering service that they are in fact NOT open on Saturday's but they could take my number and when the office opens on Monday at 8:30am, someone would contact me. Pretty disappointing. Update: After the response saying the office is open today (Jan 6), I tried to call another number listed for the Apex office (three times) and the message said "Thank you for calling Atlantic Family Dentistry Apex, our office is currently closed""

"The first time I went to the dentist, they did my teeth. I don’t remember his name, but he was very sweet and very kind and professional. I went today and got my teeth clean in the lady that I had. She was just. Amazing. Everyone is very professional and sweet. I see some reviews and people are saying that they had a bad experience but I truly love my experience going both. This will now be my dentist.where I go to get my teeth done."
