"Came in for a fill Thursday I was sat for Ava, I wanted my nails a certain way. Apparently I am ridiculous because anyone that came by she would show and go into a lengthy conversation and giggling. No, we do not speak the same language but the body language and common sense was strong. People come in to have a service done you don’t know what people are going through before they walk in the door. Maybe they have had a death in the family maybe insecure about their looks, just about anything. So they go to do something for themselves and are meet with this terribly rude behavior. I don’t go on my phone because I feel it’s rude when someone is working on me. It is absolutely rude to talk in another language and talk about the person in front of you. Needless to say it reflected in her tip of only 20% I usually do 50% because it’s the only thing I do for myself and I truly appreciate the luxury. Thanks Ava for taking a piece of my day and making it ugly."

"I used to come to this place all the time but lately their product quality had been very poor. I ended up trying out a different place not too far from this one only to find out that their prices were much better and their quality a LOT better. Today, I decided to give them one more chance and I regret making that decision. I waited over 15 mins waiting for someone to assist me; not even offered to look at colors or at least dip my nails while waiting to accelerate the process. Ended up leaving without getting anything done. Definitely never again."

"The pedicure was not worth the $55.. the lady never said hello, barely tried to Scrub the calluses, the massage was suppose to be 10 minutes and was barely 2 minutes. I complained but nothing was done. Very poor customer service and not worth the money."

"My visit was great, even through I was really late and Linda still did my nails without hestiating. I sincerely apologized to her. I'm very happy and will return soon!!"

"Went yesterday, came home thought about it and decided nope this is the worst manicure ever. The lady wanted to do what she wanted with MY hands and when I insisted about what I wanted I got the worst paint job and she chopped up my cuticles, it was all red and I know she saw and saw that I saw and not an apology. Showed the receptionist, both nice young ladies and one of them offered to call manager to correct which was a nice gesture but I don’t have time to sit around and give people second chances to do what they charge for properly. Left half the gratuity I normally would because the lady who did my feet wasn’t so nauseatingly bad though I got more of a foot wash as opposed to a pedicure. I’ll never go back even if they are the last one open. I would rather walk in slippers with socks on!"
