"She she was rushing through my hair and I showed her a picture of what I wanted. It looked nothing like it. I was so unhappy she had to fix it the next day. It still looks nothing like the picture. I thanked her anyway for fixing it afterwards. I know someone else could do what I asked. She was trying to talk me into liking it which I still am not completely happy with it. But it looks better then it did.I've been there 3 times and I've gone with the flow on it those times but it wasn't what I wanted. They had to fix it twice.The first day You could tell she didn't care if I liked it or not, she just wanted to get it over with and collect her money and just did what she wanted not what I wanted. But I can say she did try to fix it"

"They did a great job with my hair. My stylist was super nice and she even cut off little by little so as not go too short and she told me about the other services they offer (because I didn't see it listed anywhere) and she gave me recommendations to other places in the area since I'm new here. She didn't tug or move my head too forcefully like some stylists are known to do sometimes. All in all it was a great experience. The only thing I will say is they're a pricey for their services... $30 to trim a bob seems excessive to me. My last hair stylist charged me $18 for the same services, that's why they don't get 5 star"
