"My daughter was seen at the University location and it was seamless and very positive. However, Kannapolis is closer so we decided to try to have her seen there. When we made an appointment they said to get there early so she could get treatment. My husband was told she needs a crown/seal but we would need to make a different appointment . How could they let a 5 year old leave with hurt teeth?! She can’t eat or drink without pain. University location sealed her tooth in 10 minutes. Kannapolis dentist claimed it was because they were busy and didn’t have the time. I was very disappointed because my daughter loves the dentist and doctors and I don’t want her to get negative feelings because of a lousy visit."

"I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Katie to anyone. (This was at the Kannapolis location).The front office staff and hygienist are great, they are lovely, caring people. Dr. Katie wasn’t kind to my kids, she had no patients or tolerance for children. She barely spoke to me to explain what she found with my kids and she had one of my kids in tears because she was so rough and abrasive. We won’t continue to be patients. We left today and already found a new dentist to do follow up work for my kids. We waited for 40 minutes after our appointment time for to be taken to the back. For two cleanings we were there for 2 hours."

"Office is wonderful, The receptionists are great always kind and courteous. My kids have been coming here since they’ve had teeth. We were concerned about the dental hygienist (I think that’s her job title) attitude, Melanie. We had her 6 months ago and she short and kind of rude then but I brushed it off as she works with kids, a bad I don’t know day. Today though I’m not sure what was going on. We just got there, just started filling the paperwork out and there Melanie was like hey let’s go. I said I’m not finished with the paperwork she’s was like waving her in a hurried motion but saying just sign this just this. I was trying so hard to write fast but I have carpal tunnel and I just got off of a 5 day 60 hr week at the hospital…so I was frustrated for her having hurried me as I was there in plenty of time to fill this paperwork out. When she was finished with my kid she was confrontational and a bit condescending. I was trying to explain something and she cut me off looked at the receptionist and walked to the back with my other kid. We’re going to find a more suitable place."

"The doctor and front desk staff were great; however, the dental hygienist was too rough. She picked part of my son's gums off. I bottom left of his mouth was sore the rest of the day and night."
