"AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Stopped by recently to inquire about their pricing. It's not on the website and not offered in a handout brochure. One has to ask about for pricing and they hand you a laminated card so they can give you the hard sell. FEES ARE OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERPRICED! And the lower-priced packages are all in Spanish only. This place takes the cake for unscrupulous business practices. I got an oil change with high-grade synthetic oil, tire rotation, and free diagnostic inspection of dozens of things--all for $89. And no, you don't need to be a AAA member to get that. Mechanics are trained and certified."
"Every visit to Take 5 is great! They get you in, check all the levels, change the oil, and get you on your way quickly. All the employees take time to explain, are knowledgeable, and nice. Everyone has a pleasant personality, even when it’s really cold or hot outside."

They always manage to tell me everything in terms and ways that I understand and can easily figure out next steps to. Truly helpful and compassionate crew members! Also, the location is super convenient to 85! I’ve been here 3 times, and not a single one did I feel uncomfortable or unheard."
"Make sure when you guys are servicing, someone car please ensure that you guys tighten the engine filter cause mine wasn’t tighten at all. I was dripping all over the place, and I also almost blew my engine because of that….. worst service ever I do not recommend"
