"First off, I've been taking my cars here for a couple years. They are fast, price is fine, normally no issues. However the past four times I have taken my wife's car here, it has leaked oil three times. When I spoke to the owner the first time, he brushed it off saying Kia plugs always are tricky and can leak. No apology, nothing. Second time, same response from his employee. Third time, I specifically reminded them and there was no issue. This last trip, came home and that night, found a basketball size oil spot in my garage. When I brought the car back this morning, no oil leak but, as the employee said, a new guy did my oil change and left it a mess. After speaking to the owner, the employee basically said "Go get some Purple Power to clean your garage." Again, no apology, no reimbursement, nothing. Now I have to go buy what I need to clean my garage and spend time, when I'm normally working, to clean my garage. Unacceptable. Because of the owner's poor customer service, I can't justify going back or recommending this location to anyone."

"This place and the employees are always great so I’m sorry I haven’t left a review before. I go for oil changes, inspections and other services and have always had quick and professional service with very little wait time. Michael (today)and techs (Jackson and Kyle) were knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and went above and beyond answering questions, helping with tire pressure light and finding my registration when I couldn’t. I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!"

"I can't tell it they changed their prices or not if feels like they change constantly. They are very quick but the don't sacrifice quality. I was bringing my vehicle here for inspections as well but an interaction with an employee that doesn't work there anymore stopped me from doing that."

Good place to get your yearly NC inspections done without hassle. They are good at giving you an assessment on lots of issues. I’m satisfied with their pricing. I’ve even driven cars of my in laws, neighbors and friends in to have the full service oil change ... just to get out of the house!"
