"Made an appointment for my daughter for their summer special, with a shampoo add on. We were immediately greeted upon arrival. The stylist Jazmin was very friendly and prompt. My daughter felt comfortable enough for me to leave and when I came back she was just about complete. While I was there I saw two other girls getting braids and all stylists are excellent braiders. I am glad I stumbled upon this business on Instagram. We were well pleased. My girl loves her feed ins. We will definitely return."

"This facility strong asset is braids not curling & styling. The facility is clean & spacious w/up-to-date technology equipment. I just feel like this establishment specialize in braids only. So if braids what you need, this is the place to go. I just felt like I was making my stylist conversate w/me in order for "me" to feel comfortable in a new setting. My stylist would only talk only when I say something even when it came to me explaining about my hair & medical conditions to assist with the decision of treatment. I was under the impression she was not concern, by her response & actions. Veronica, I appreciate the referral, but your Divas does not have a welcoming spirit, maybe so when you are there. The rap music was inappropriate but no one refused to change the station even with 4 of them complaining about it. Thank you for your warm heart, spirit & the love of your shop, as well as people you encounter on a daily bases. "I normally do not have any issues because I’ve had my hair done a few times here however, I am very disappointed. I recently had my hair done in feed-in braids only 4 days ago in my hair is already messed up and I haven’t done anything. First, I paid for a service that was not given to me because the description stated 9-10 braids and I needed to have 6packs of hair. I only received about 6 braids and had a lot of hair left over which was a waste, the style i asked for is not what i received. The style i showed in a picture i showed the stylist was not given to me and my style wasn’t set properly so it didn’t last."

"I am the parent of a very special daughter with disabilities, autism and developmental delays that other beauticians have had extreme experiences with. We've had such bad experiences in past that as a mom I gave up getting her hair done. My daughter was treated to a makeover day and spa for her 13th birthday by her aunt this past weekend. She and her own daughter are frequent customer of Ms. VERONICA and she took her there to get her hair done. My daughter did not cry, she did not have any meltdowns, and sje was done in less than an hour. My child natural hair was silk pressed, nobjarmful chemicals her hair was absolutely beautiful. And is srill beaitiful a week later!For the first time everever Ive found a salon my daughter was not traumatized and was welcomed and treated like the princess she is. Upon seeing the pics and videos of Veronica doing my daughter's hair THIS mom was in awe and couldn't believe it!! Seeing my daughter's makeover brought tears to my eyes. I was completely speechless. Ms Veronica does 1 on one appointments. The shop was intimate in size and she gives each client her undivided attention. No double bookings I've learned. My now 13 year old princess now walks around with more confidence that her hair is as manageble and beautiful as she is. I highly recommend this salon. If I could give more stars. MS Veronica deserves 10!"
