"I saw Casey a couple weeks ago and will absolutely not be back. Even though it was a service I was paying for, it was noted numerous times how long it was taking, which was uncomfortable. I did not receive proper color, a proper blow out or hair cut. She went to my roots with bleach in only 2 spots leaving me looking like a skunk. I got home to find a half done blow out. She made the front look nice and sent me on my way. I did text asking to correct this only to be put out 2 weeks. The more I found wrong with my hair the more turned away I was. After going to a new salon, it was confirmed by 2 additional stylists that my hair got butchered and their professional opinions were that it was a rushed job. Highly disappointed and had to spend double the money to fix the mess she made."
