"My experience with Dr. Garrett was great that I brought my son and husband to his clinic no question of his professionalism as nurse, he is great with his clients answering questions, explaining procedure and all. After COVID lot's of different staffs worked in his financial department and this is where my problem started, even tried calling my dental insurance GEHA multiple times to help them out, but no avail I ended up paying $6k plus as co payment for my dental procedure done in 12/22 that GEHA only paid $500+ and other dental co payments for my husband and my son. Kayla, I did not appreciate how you talked to me the first time coming off as condescending trying to shut me down raising your voice over the phone making me believed that insurance in your experience sucks that I need to pay because according to you that's just how they are, they will not pay and I need to pay and just deal with it! Kayla, your costumer service to me sucks, you have no sympathy and empathy my husband heard you talking to me the 2nd time, no sorry, no apologize you're always justifying as if you're the costumer, always right. I have been in this country for over 20 years, never have I experienced such treatment from any of my dentists. I'm a BSN-RN for almost 30 years, been working in the ICU since 2012 took care of COVID patients that some did not survived. I have seen people in their best and in their worst, to me you have no compassion, hope nobody will experience the same as I did from your handling of Dr. Garrett's patients. Sorry Dr. Garrett it's time for a new dental provider. All the best to you!"

"Excellent experience. Everything was on time, the dentist was kind, thorough and took excellent care of me. He let me know what was going on with some teeth and created a plan that I was comfortable with. The staff is very friendly and make you comfortable. Highly recommended to my friends. 5 stars!"

"TLDR: they are awesome and I highly recommend!! Especially for nervous patients. I’ve been going to Carolina Bright Smiles for about a decade and I have always received excellent and compassionate care, including for some very unpleasant tooth situations, and I have never had a bad experience with CBS. I really could go on and on, and someday I will, but right now I want to tell you about my most recent visit. It was wity my wife who is both extremely dental-phobic and on top of that is in the unenviable position of needing dentures. The other day, she was so anxious (had been building up for days) to the point where I wasn’t able to effectively calm her. I thought we were going to have to bail, but the assistant (shamefully, I can’t remember her name right this minute) leaned in and spoke so gently. I could see the anxiety relenting right away. I left the room for a few minutes, and when I returned, my wife was extremely relaxed, and being shown diagrams about oral musculature and having questions answered and fears assuaged. Information can push away fear. My Dad, a plastic surgeon, always told me that a ful and detailed description of a procedure can severely reduce patient anxiety and lead to better outcomes. It is well worth the time but not every doctor takes that time and understands the value. At CBS, they do. Everyone is wonderfully patient and caring, and one of the support staff told me directly that she loves working there. That always helps."

Great service, honest and felt sincere, which is very important especially nowadays were too many people are very robotic in their interactions."

Even better, everyone in the office have been just as amazing and as kind as the doctor's themselves. Everyone has treated me more like a close personal family friend, moreso than a client or patient.
