"If you want patchy, cheap looking highlights go to Blanca. She gave me the absolute opposite of what I asked for. I wanted natural, well blended highlights that I even showed her pictures of. I said 1-2 shades lighter than my hair to make sure it’s just giving my brown hair definition and instead I got horrific ashy uneven highlights that aged me 30 years. When I asked her to fix it she charged me then turned my hair orange!! She even gave me attitude for fixing my hair and said she won’t give me what I asked for fully cause she doesn’t have time. With what I paid her for partial highlights and to fix it I could’ve went to an actual professional. Save your money for someone else."

"Blanca is amazing she is super friendly and kind. She's bilingual speaks both Spanish and English. She works hard to give you the look you're looking for. Blanca has years of experience and her prices are reasonable. I have natural brown hair with a few grey's on top I had her do my roots and she added pretty white and golden blonde highlights all over. This is my second time going to see Blanca and she always slays!!! So excited to find this little gem. Customers can look forward to great parking there's a parking lot also little to know wait time to be seen. She recommends products to make your hair healthy and beautiful. "You can’t go wrong going here. I have been going to Luis and Adrian for close to 15 years. Even before they were at Moda Salon. I had a friend that tried bleaching her own hair, it should have broken of at the roots that is how bad it was but they all worked together to help salvage it with their expertise. I also won't let anyone style short haircuts other than, Luis or Adrian. I had gone to other salons before and the style have never been as precise and well done as my experience here. I stopped trusting anyone else to cut my hair. When my hair ends up long the only reason has been because of my busy life and not having the time to drive to that side of town. "Adriean saved the day! I finally gave in and tried to color my hair myself, big mistake! This morning I was frantically calling salons to find a place that would take me. As you all know salons, especially good ones, are booked weeks in advance! Somehow Adriean was able to squeeze me in today and was so accommodating with my timing. Needless to say he did a phenomenal job and was extremely friendly throughout my entire visit. Not only did he fix my mistakes but he made it look better than my normal salon. I will definitely be making Moda my salon from here on out. Plus the pricing is way better than what you’ll find Uptown."
