"Extremely disappointed. Total spent $180 ($40 tip included). I went to the nail shop last Saturday with an appointment scheduled for 1030/11 for a gel full set and gel pedi. When I got there I waited 40 minutes to get seated, which was fine they were busy. Greeted instantly, very nice throughout my whole experience. My issue began on Monday, I was at work and half of my nail popped off. I call them, schedule an appointment for the next day at 12:00, mind you it had been over 24 hours so I had every intention in paying. The next day I get there at 12, and when I get there I am told my person is not yet there. They call her she says the appointment was for 1230 and she will be there then. I was a little annoyed, since I do have stuff to do with my day, but it’s 30 minutes and I was at work when I called, so I could have heard differently. Anyways 1230 gets here she is still not here, they say she should be here any minute. 1:00 pm comes around, she is still not there. I ask if any of the two of the workers there could help me. They say to wait til she gets there. I waited another 15 minutes and then when I finally called her to see what was going on, she said she was still 15 minutes out and her daughter was sick which was what caused the delay. As I am a mother myself I do understand, but as a customer who was sitting in a nail shop, who also found the time to have lunch and dessert while waiting for an arrival for a nail fix that should have taken 10 minutes to fix i got nothing, but wasted time and extra money spent. I call her back and say I will try again tomorrow morning at 1100 as now I don’t have the time for that Tuesday. Tuesday night rolls around, my first time wearing sneakers since I’ve gotten my toes done and once I get home I noticed a chip in my 80$ pedicure. Wednesday morning comes around, she’s texts me to confirm appt and was very apologetic and ensures she will be there by 1100. I advise “hey I have a chip in my big toe can that be fixed as well?” Again, regardless of all of the inconvenience I still had every intention to be provided some bill at the end of my service needing to be paid. I get there at 11:15, have to wait around for a few and then get started on. The lady starts first, very sweet, her sick daughter was there so I understood sometimes life happens. The man Tommy who did my nails and toes the first time eventually comes in, he starts taking over. While fixing my nail, and applying my polish and then design he forgot one step which was the clear polish to finish my specific design, so while he was applying the oil I realized he hadn’t finished. I kindly advised him of the last step and he huffed his breath as if I inconvenienced him. He then finished my design and directed me to the pedicure chairs, never finishing the apply of the oil on my hands ( he could have honestly just forgot). The whole time quiet no words being said throughout the whole experience, Making me feel as if I was the problem. Once finished I asked if I had a bill, she advised no which was understandable… this is a picture of the next day of my pedicure after getting the same toe touched up. Needless to say, either their products are old or the application of the services needs work. Not worth 180$. Will not be back."
"If I could give no star I would. The service I received was horrible. I had gel polish on my real nails and the guy used some kind of scraper to take the gel off. I told him he was ruining my nail bed with it. He said it does not hurt the nail. Asked for basic pedicure and when he moved onto my legs without doing anything to the bottom of feet I asked him if he was going to do anything with the bottom he said he was not finished. One of his coworkers came over and they spoke in their language he then used something in the bottom. I will never go back there again. $81 down the drain"
"Covid protocols and precautions are being followed here. Contact tracing forms /covid forms are in place. Along with hand washing, masks and limited capacity for social distancing. Lee Nails is under New management, and has a slightly new modern look. Staff is attentive and friendly. Service is great and I will be returning. I had the dip powder, service a pedicure along with a brow arching waxing service. I would like to have seen my powder separated from the main container instead of them using a communal dipping container. For sanitation purposes of course. But I do recommend it for natural nails if they are able to fix that, because I really like that service. I paid $70 in total for all three services."
"I love this place, I come here every 2 to 3 weeks, to see my dude Jimmy for my nails and eyebrows. The atmosphere can be a little crazy but it's only because people come from all sides of town to get services here. So this place can and will take care of all your beauty needs, excluding ur hair"
