"I am a regular customer here with an amazing tech, Tammy! I recommend her daily to people. Today, 10/15, Tammy was out but Nick was available. Nick was doing an amazing job then the OWNER, LEE verbally abused an employee that was doing nothing wrong. That employee was assisting a customer but Lee yelled at her. I politely said, “kindness go a long way and you shouldn’t talk to your employees like that because it makes for a hostile work environment and it makes us, the customers uncomfortable. Lee then proceeded to yell at me and tell me to SHUT UP. I was shocked and furious. Instead of losing my composure because I am a STATE EMPLOYEE, I let Nick finish. She continued to be argumentative and make my experience horrible. I do not recommend this nail salon as Lee is the owner and very rude and nasty to her employees. I extend my apologies to that amazing employee that had to endure that verbal abuse. God bless you and I hope Lee finds it in her heart to apologize and change the way she treats her employees."
