"I have never had a worse experience and I have been booking car services as an event director for 15+ years. I was given one price on the phone and then was billed for a different price when I booked online at their direction (they later changed it). When they did not notify that my guest was late they waited 45 minutes to notify me and then charged me an exorbitant rate. This was after speaking to me in a rude, angry and condescending tone. They sent me a receipt for the additional amount they charged and, when I emailed and asked for a discount based on what they charged versus the time spent waiting was told, "I guess you were to busy to do your job" and "what make you think you should get a free service." I was not asking for a free service, just a price reduction based on what was provided and the lack of communication. This was the worst experience I have had with a transportation provider nationwide in 15 years. The driver did a good job, but the agency communication and billing really needs some improvement."

"I called Vlad after a flight cancellation in DC and the airline re-routed me to Charlotte. I needed to get to Spartanburg 70 miles away. Vlad was very helpful making sure I would not be stranded.
