"I got my nails done here and I loved them. The environment was so nice and the inside is beautiful. They have great hospitality, they are patient and make sure that your nails are done to your liking. Only thing is that they don’t have dryers for your toes that are painted with regular polish, it takes 1-2 hours to dry but I went in and got them fixed no problem. Other than that everything was nice, I will be back again !!"
"Went today for a pedicure. Nothing out of normal as I’m a repeat customer. However, today I decided to get regular polish instead of gel as they didn’t have the color I wanted in gel. This was at 12:30pm. After service was completed I realized they didn’t have any dryers to dry the polish … so after sitting about an hour I ended up leaving around 2:30pm. I still wasn’t completely dry however figured blasting the AC on the way home would resolve. WRONG! It’s now 5:00 pm and my toes are still not dry. I called back asking if I could just get gel in a color similar since the polish wasn’t drying. They close at 5:30 so they lady said yes. I get there and the same lady paints them a color similar to the one I had in gel. My toes are now dry & I’m ok with the color, but not happy they charged me for it. You offer regular polish but don’t have the equipment to dry it?? It should not take 5+ hours to dry regular polish. Not too mention I had to drive 20 mins back across town for them to fix. As this is my first time not getting gel I had no idea they didn’t have the equipment to dry regular polish otherwise I would’ve gotten gel originally or left. Speaks volume about your customer service. Especially for a repeat customer. In all I ended up paying $70 total $45 for the urban spa pedicure and $15 for gel including tip. Plus my time … whole Sunday I can’t get back as I’m just leaving now at 6pm. Again it should NOT take 5 plus hours to dry regular polish!! If you don’t have the tools to dry it then don’t offer it. Unless you want your customers wasting their whole day there to dry! Be considerate."
"I went to this nail salon because I was being lazy and didn't go to my usual (Valentinos). Customer service was not too bad. I spent well over $300 for me & my little cousins. I had a few problems. I wanted yellow nails, the nail tech put the yellow polish on my nails. The yellow was so dull and see through. I had to tell the tech something she should’ve known to do (base my nails with white polish FIRST) She had to repaint my feet 3 times because the polish was so clumpy. It was unbelievable to me because if I didn't say anything she would’ve left them that way!!! Moving on to the acrylic nails, they’re bulky and uneven. The nail salon can’t do any design without gel polish so that’s an extra charge. Meanwhile my cousin wanted french tip without gel and it came out fine. But for me she stated it’s impossible. I hate my nails so bad! It hasn’t been over 2 weeks and my nails are popping off. Just ridiculous! I do not recommend this place at all"
"This is embarrassing but I’ve been in Charlotte for almost a year and finally got a pedicure at Urban Nails Bar in Charlotte North Carolina. The salon and so clean and everyone is super friendly and everything is so organized. I moved from New York City and I cannot believe how many different polishes, powders and gels they had. I was in a hurry so I got a basic pedicure. Tammy did an unbelievable job. I’ll definitely go back and get one of the upgraded pedicures. Also, once my nails are in better shape, I’m going to get acrylics. The place is pretty reasonable too- $35 for a pedicure which apparently is the norm here. I do miss New York City prices though!!! I can’t wait to go back!!"
"my appointment was Oct 3 2022 @ 10 AM. I didn’t have a bad experience actually Ruth the secretary was extremely wonderful. Hudson did my nails and I’m not really pleased with the job that was done but the customer service from Ruth was amazing! I got the dip powder and unfortunately the clear coat has started to peel off of just about all the nails. Some of them are a little lumpy, some I can still see my nails on the side, some have glitter on the nails that are just regular polish lol just a mess…BUT I LOVED THE SECRETARY (Hudson was nice as well) She was extremely helpful and even got the dip powder that was still on my fingers with acetone after I paid. I appreciated her for that."
