"I was a loyal customer to UV until I received a very deep cut through my skin by Vicky. As I know accidents happen, this was more than just a little cut and she made me feel as if it was not her problem. It is hurtful to receive this distasteful service after being a loyal customer who has always been sweet and friendly. While she was doing my nails she was rushing to fit in other clients after me. She went above my cuticle cutting deep into my finger which was bleeding and it is looking inflamed. I went to talk to her in person and she told me they will not do my nails ever again because if I get hurt they will get in trouble. This is horrible treatment and so rude to say. I was never planning on coming back but to make me feel like this is my fault is unprofessional. She couldn’t admit her mistake and simply say sorry without belittling me. I did not get my full refund and I will never come back."

"I believe I got my toes done by Emily but her work is very sloppy, I came at 4pm I just got finished at 6:15pm 2 females even got finished before me and they came after me I didn’t complain because you guys were very busy so I didn’t want to cause any chaos. But first and last time at this establishment I just left and I normally don’t write any reviews but this was on my chest heavy"
