From the moment you step in the door until the moment you leave, they are informative, courteous, hospitable, thorough, accommodating, caring, and very professional. The staff, doctors, and technicians are all top notch professionals that genuinely care for their patients. Kristen greeted me and was helpful and communicated well. Carmen is an amazing DH, request her if you can ;-) and Dr. Ramirez had great seat-side manner, was informative and gentle."

"I had an incredibly positive experience! Lauren at the front desk did an excellent job of greeting and signing me in. She provided me with a water bottle from their beverage station as well. Dr. Marvell was top notch, most attentive dentist I’ve ever been to. The cleaning was thorough and everything was professional and pleasant. They also offered headphones, blankets, and had some streaming services! Definitely recommend."

"I had an amazing first experience at Mint Hill Smiles. I was given a short tour of the outer office. Andrea then gave me a tour behind the scenes. Mint Hill Smiles equipment and technology is state of the art and even has options for patients to use during the treatment. Most of my interaction was with Andrea, my Dental Hygienist, and she was fantastic in all aspects. Dr. Marvelli popped in to discuss an upcoming procedure, and I’m actually looking forward to that. Definitely a great first visit."

"This is the best dentist office I've ever been to. The staff is friendly and professional. The office is clean. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable offering you a neck pillow, and weighted blankets etc. I was annoyed about their policy to collect a $50 deposit to make an appointment. But I quickly got over it. It's worth it to come here. This is really an awesome team!!!!! I was here today for a fill-in. The dentist did a great job. Very professional."
