The assistant Ashley got me back in a timely manner and took well good care of me during the whole procedure and Dr. Harrison pull my tooth with his expertise and was very efficient. Great teamwork with these two. The front desk stuff was awesome as well with a warm welcome soon as you come through the door."

"I have been really pleased with my experience at Harrisburg Dental. I've never really enjoyed going to the dentist (does anyone honestly?) but it is very helpful when the staff is so kind. I always land with the same dental hygienist and she is thorough, efficient, and fun to converse with. What sets this dentist apart from others is that Dr. Osborn remembers my name. He asks about what is going on in my life. You can tell how genuine he is about getting to know his patients. In a very transactional world, this carries a lot of weight to me. On top of that, the facility is clean and everyone is incredibly professional. I cannot recommend enough!"

"I inquired with this office in hope of changing dentist. Reasons being, the office was closer to me and I thought that maybe I could get faster service on some issues that I had along with a few other things. Well what I got was a very inexperienced dental assistant I guess, she never spoke nor did she bother to say her name or position. In a very few words, I was basically told that I wasn't wanted as a patient. I was told to stay with my current dentist. I was at a lost for words after this visit. It was a waste of my time and their's not to mention a bite from my insurance for getting my mouth cut from the x-rays because it was very clear that the young lady did not know how to do x-rays. Never had an experience like such before. My advice to them would be if you are not interested in new patients, keep your advertisement out of the mail. The next time I receive one I'll probably just send it back. Very disappointed and dissatisfied."

"Only gave 4 stars due to the overall cost (more expensive than anticipated) but truthfully the office was very kind, accommodating, and understanding. They fit me in asap for a root canal. The doctor was very patient and thorough. Gentle with his care. His assistant was wonderful and took extra good care of me. I'm terrified of dental work but I felt very safe here. Thank you."
