"She let me sit there 20 before she told me it would be 20 minutes. There was only 1 lady in there working on a Saturday. No apology. I walked out."

"If i could give them half a star or zero star I would. please don't waste your time going there, there's only one lady working there, while I know that can be exhausting but she's unapologetically rude. She does not honor appointments, never answers the phone and hisses at you when she speaks. I tried to make an appointment and when I asked what time I should show up for the appointment the next day she was just there sitting and hissing, so I left and decide to call the number during opening hours because when Uw as leaving out she casually said I should come back tomorrow. I tried calling the number during opening hours and it rang without an answer, I went there and she remembered me from the previous day but told me there's a long wait, there was only one person in her chair so I asked how long was the wait, she just sat there hissing again. At this point I was disappointed because I could have gone somewhere else and made an appointment but I thought she got me, anyways I told her that it was ok I'll just leave since she couldn't tell me how long the wait was."

"There is a race problem here. I am not the kind of person that leaves reviews and I certainly do not play the race card but this needed to be said. Anyhow, this is the second time I walked into this establishment and they told me “we can’t help you”. First time, I thought they may be closing soon, even though it was 4pm on a Friday. Because when I walked out, she locked the door behind me. But then, today, there were two other people waiting to be served and again, after she said that, she locks the door behind me. I am African American. I think that was the issue. Maybe they “can’t help” black folks. I hope I am wrong but this cannot be a mere coincidence."

"This place was not as bad as people said it was. Im glad me and my husband decided to give it a try. Yes the wait time is long but thats because they are under staffed. There are 5 nail stations and only 2 workers. Other then that, we both got pedis and they were clean and professional. I got a fill in and she fixed me up!"
