Supercuts

"The man who works on Sunday I believe Nathan is his name took a customer before me who had the same slot time as I did. This would not have been an issue except, the other man had come in late after the slotted time and after I had arrived. Both the customer and the stylist knew I had been waiting and had arrived before the slot of time. The stylist lost a $20 dollar tip. I am an older women and will never let the man on Sunday cut my hair. I really appreciate being able to set an appointment early and value the convenience of Supercuts. When I come back in on Sunday the women working there will be cutting my hair. If she is not there then I will go elsewhere, she did an excellent job. Update: went to Park rd store again 01/14 and Nathan was the only stylist working. I wasn’t going to stay anyway but what he told me was he cuts men hair and he is a men’s haircut specialist. What a joke. He would do his best. This is sad, is Supercuts’s so desperate for stylist that they would employ a stylist who does not want to wait on women disappointing and discriminatory."

"Nick is experienced and listens to what you want for a hairstyle and if it won’t work due to your type of hair he’ll explain that."

"The man who works alone on Sundays made me look like a productive member in society again, I was starting to look like a wild man. He keeps his equipment clean, and he cleans it before each customer. He's clear with asking you how to position your head, and he'll either oblige your conversion or accept your silence. In any case, his focus doesn't waiver."
