"I needed emergency care for a tooth infection. Stellar Dental got me in right away. The staff were all very friendly and empathetic. Dr. Rogers was so nice. Very friendly, clear and kind in her communication of the issue and treatment I needed. I really appreciate the great service!"
"Very irresponsible clinic. Had requested them to send my dental images 5 days ago and had to call them again to request to transfer the images. All this because I declined cleaning and filling as the fee was expensive. If they are busy like they say they are kindly stop accepting new patients. Very disappointing. With your below response. So your were closed 5 straight days? Your below response speaks volume of your service and attitude. All the best."
"I needed to reschedule my appointment once a coworker had a death in their family and I no longer had coverage for my appointment. I spoke with the interim office manager and since it wasn’t within 24hrs of notice even though it was the day before they charged me $86 .When I stated I could still come a different time in the day she was only able to move the appointment up 5 mins. I asked if there was anyway the fee could be waived because I still needed their services, which cost more than the cancellation fee, she stated no so I told her I’d find a new dentist because that fee is outrageous and she told me to “do what I gotta do” and I did. She sent me two bills one immediately after the phone call and one in the mail but with different amounts for the same thing. I paid the correct bill in person and have not yet received any response that the other incorrect bill was closed out."
