"One of the coolest breweries we’ve been! Keeping the vibe of the theater and having the stage/movie screen was awesome. The beers were delicious. Lots of games and items to keep the kids entertained. Plus the bartender was super cool. He learned my twins were taking drum lessons and brought them some drum sticks to keep! We can’t wait to come back for more brews and check it out when they have live bands."

"What a great unique venue. Crow ( the beer tender) is a wealth of information. Friendly staff with great beers at a reasonable price. It's literally an old small theatre that has been opened up while still retaining a bunch of the original seats and the balcony seating. They also have a kitchen with good food. Help support your local micro brewery!! They still show movies on the big screen. Kid and family friendly!!"

"This is the place to come when you are in Mars Hill, NC. It is a movie theater and a brewery all in one. So you can have your favorite local drink and watch a movie or two if you like. Some Saturdays they have a live band. Jacob the manager has been so great and attentive to us and very hospitable, it feels like your sitting right in your living room. Come on into the Hickory Nut Gorge Brewery when you are here, I am telling you, you will have a great time!"
