"We have had the pleasure of ordering flooring from James twice. Once 3 years ago, we ordered flooring for our entire downstairs. James was very helpful and knowledgeable. We installed the flooring ourselves. In July of this year we went back to James to order flooring for our entire upstairs and carpeting for the stairs. This time we let James's installers install for us. The installers did a wonderful job, they were in an out in a timely fashion, made sure that we were happy before they left. James also ended up saving us some money as he received flooring after we ordered that was equivalent to the flooring that we ordered but on sale, which was greatly appreciated. James did not have to tell us about this flooring, but he did. I would go back to James any day of the week instead of going to the box stores."
