I went there on my lunch break and the young lady was too busy talking to the lady that was there with her to wait on me. I said excuse me and they both looked at me like I did something wrong. I will continue to go to the other one."

"So disappointing they won’t let you try on wigs here as of the date is the posting 7/14/2023! I went to Ann’s Beauty after I left here with nothing and spent 400.00. The receipt I have attached is to show I went elsewhere where I wasn’t treated like a criminal but a human being who works hard! Tisun, you gave Ann’s Beauty the last 5 wig purchases. See photo for proof with time stamp. I went in to Tisun and politely asked why they are still doing this. No one is wearing masks. It is a travesty to African American women to spend hundreds of dollars to not be able to try on wigs. Where else would that be acceptable? We can try on clothing at goodwill but they won’t let us try on $300 to $500+ wigs as of July 14 2023. And if they don’t fit you can’t return them. It is a slap in the face and so sad. I have spent thousands but am no longer a customer. I encourage women to not just accept this behavior. It’s wrong on so many levels. I’ve been shopping at Ann’s Beauty because they happly allow for trying on very expensive products. Please don’t let them take your money and you walked away not knowing if it will fit. No where else treats is customers this way. I kindly ask the owners to show love and respect to us by removing this policy."

"Best hair selection in town. I love the rewards point system. I forgot about it and this day I ended up receiving $10 off. My daughter's "back to school" hair is a success and I'll drive from Gastonia to this store every time. Thanks for having the color we were looking for. We will be back soon"
