"Worst customer service and my manicure was done horribly - nails aren’t cut evenly even though I asked multiple times. The owner, the only male there, yanked my arm a couple of times and laughed when I moved my shoulder forward so he didn’t pull any harder. He laughed and told me not to see, that I should’ve watched tv instead. First of all, he declined to do what I was asking for. He picked the wrong color, I got cuts everywhere. My cuticles have never been so damaged. They easily got nicked and now some of my nails have chips/smudges. He was rough, with bad manners. I was only there to pamper myself and spent $83. So regretted."
