"Great customer service at the Denver location! Super helpful and accommodating. We had originally tried to order our materials through the Charlotte location, as we have used them in the past, but we ran into some issues. Even though we ordered in cubic yard increments we were told the decorative stone could only be delivered via dump truck and that we would have to hire someone else to pickup the rest of our materials? They suggested we reach out to the Denver location to see what our options were. The Denver location was great to work with from the start- Austin was SUPER helpful! They were out of the decorative stone we originally wanted but they they were going to try and have some transferred from another location. Austin even proactively texted my husband photos of the stone they had in stock in the event we had to make a backup choice. When we placed the order they were able to get everything scheduled for delivery in cubic yard bags on a flatbed vs dumping lose material in our driveway. The actual delivery went great! Troy called when he was 30 minutes out and was able to work magic to drop all 7 bags of material behind our fence. This was no easy feat as the material had to be brought up at the bottom of the street behind houses as there was not enough clearance to get between our house and our neighbors. Troy even made sure to ask what order we would be using the materials so he can line it up accordingly (I would have never thought of that, but I’m sure my husband is thankful!). We will be using the Denver location for all of our landscaping needs moving forward!"

We could get some cheaper prices but customer service, being a family owned business, and them always finding ways to help educate us contractors to be the best we can for homeowners etc is by far what causes them to be a top notch supplier and we will always be loyal to them!!! LKN Turf Inc. The amount of jobs we can do is huge because of the many different Products they carry and will consider carrying whatever you ask them for."
