"When one staff member starts talking to you and another butts in and starts talking down to you in an argumentative tone telling you that "their brand is better than someone Home Depot or Lowe's," etc. like they don't think you can afford it, then you kinda get turned off from buying something from the store. Especially knowing that if there's a problem with a $947 plus tax item that you're stuck because they don't do refunds or exchanges -- and it's a scratch and dent store. I'd prefer to feel confident about a purchase in that amount, and the extra attitude didn't help persuade me."
