"I should have left this review when it first happened but I was in the middle of legal proceedings with them so I did not. I came in to do fantasy color which required bleach. While this was happening I reported some pain, to which I was told this is normal. By the time I got home my head was sticky and wet. The pain only got worse so I reached out to the salon and was told this is normal. It wasn't normal. It was Sunday night so I called teladoc who advised me to go to the ER as the pain was not normal and I was experiencing chemical burns on my scalp. They said I could become bald (thankfully I didn't) so I went to urgent care and was diagnosed with level 2 chemical burns all over my scalp. Reached out to the salon who refused to offer any refund or work with me. I have a lawyer working with me now for a settlement. Don't recommend this place at all for fantasy color. I tried to be reasonable and kind with them. It was not reciprocated. They took zero responsibility for their actions. I even went to another salon that told me it was negligence on the part of the stylist. Proceed with caution."
