"Amazing staff and amazing job done on my vehicle. When looking for a place to fix my car I called Rick’s, I have heard nothing but great things but I wanted to speak with them first hand. We spoke with the owner who was very kind and thorough about explaining the process and that’s when I knew I wanted to take it to them. Anytime I called for an update there were nothing but kind and accommodating. I was advised beforehand that my car may be there for a little longer due to the year and possible limited part availability so I knew what to expect before even dropping my car off. They never sugar coated anything and were honest throughout the whole process. They handled my car with amazing care and it looks brand new again! Not only was I highly satisfied by how my car looked, they even detailed it and went above and beyond. I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone in need of body shop services with a truly wonderful staff. Thank you for the amazing work and service!"

"I was nervous when I first went after hearing all of the details that were needed. I have a granddaughter that I cherish, so having to cut into the frame scared me. When I went and picked up my car, I couldn’t have asked for more. They truly went above and beyond with easing my mind. My car drives like new. They even detailed the inside, which they didn’t have to do!! If I ever find myself needing a body shop again, It would have to be here. They are wonderful from the time you walk in and speak to the sweet lady at the front all the way to the very end when you speak to Rick himself. "Nothing but respect for everyone who works there and the owner. A while back I had a pretty bad accident but I was determined to get it fixed cause I really love the car. The garage the insurance tried to take it to of course tried to total it out. The other few I contacted and sent photos also agreed but when I contacted Rick's they said if you want it fixed sir we will get it done and sure enough they did. It did take a while to get it done but as busy as they stay and the amount of damage that didn't surprise me. I contacted her weekly and even visited in person because I am impatient but every time the lady behind the desk talked to me she was nice as could be and knew my voice and my number by heart and soon as I said, Hey how are you doing today mam", she said called me by name with her response and would have like a 5 minute conversation with me. It took approximately 3 months to get it done but with the damage I'm speaking of I can understand now(14,000$ in damage and the blue book was 24,500) I was worried I was making a big mistake by not letting insurance total it out but by my mistake I didnt have gap so I didn't want to owe and ruin my credit and again i really loved in the end NOBODY but them and I could've possibly known it has even been in accident. I'm actually glad it happened because it actually performs better now than before the accident(No sarcasm). I sat down in Rick's office the other day thanking him and it made his day and said I was welcome to come back and talk anytime...Sorry for writing a book but with some of the negativity I read I felt like I needed to share and they deserve it.
