"I hate doing this as I try to support but professionalism goes along way. Visited this evening and the young man at the counter didn’t bother to speak. When he rung us up he still offered no greeting or interaction and took a moment to pause the game he was playing while working the counter. The only thing he said was “you want a bag”. I did not feel like my business was appreciated and I am hesitant to return."

"I had the hours wrong and came while they were closed and she still let me in! Assisted me with no hesitation. I had an event to go to the next day and she literally saved the day, since most beauty stores were already closed and long gone by 7:30. I have never shopped here before but always seen it when going to the gym. Will definitely return. Thanks again!"

The store is on the smaller side but I'm glad I was able to get what I needed. Thanks to Gabby for helping me. She greeted me when I entered and that's a plus for me. I will gladly return.
