"I hate doing this as I try to support but professionalism goes along way. Visited this evening and the young man at the counter didn’t bother to speak. When he rung us up he still offered no greeting or interaction and took a moment to pause the game he was playing while working the counter. The only thing he said was “you want a bag”. I did not feel like my business was appreciated and I am hesitant to return."

I had an event to go to the next day and she literally saved the day, since most beauty stores were already closed and long gone by 7:30.
