"I tried 5+ nail salons when I moved to Charlotte and hated all of them. I finally found NailGo and haven’t been anywhere else since. Everyone is friendly, the place is clean, and it’s easy to book appointments online. I go to Skarleth- she is amazing, my nails last 3-4 weeks without chipping or breaking."

"I used to love this place but it has gone bad. I used to go all the time but this is the last time I will go. For reference I did my nails on November 30, 2023 and today is December 2, 2023. Two days later my nails broke. Btw this are acrylics. Didn’t even last 2 days. Service has gone down drastically since I stated going to this place. I did call and the manager had told me that they will not repair my nails she was very rude and didn’t acknowledge my concerns said it was my fault that my nails broke. As well as I have been going there for so long and this is the first time something like this happened. They have a new people and the service is not the same. Unfortunately I will not recommend to any of my friends family or anybody I come across, I would not recommend."

"This place is my go to for my eyebrow waxing :) They do a great job with shaping my brows and not making them too thin. I occasionally get my nails done here too and it has been a hit or miss. The first couple of times they turned out crooked and I had small cuts on my fingers. But the most recent time was a hit as they turned out very nice! Hailey did my nails this time and she matched my inspiration picture perfectly!"

"GREAT SERVICE! The environment was very inviting and the customer service was unlike any other! Typically I experience quiet and reserved nail techs when getting my nails done, but Skarleth and her team were all incredibly easy to talk to. I felt right at home! I had a work event at 5:30 and got my nails done at 4:15 pm stressing I was in a rush. Not only did she have me out the door at 5pm, but she did a more than thorough and beautiful job! I will definitely be booking appointments here from here on out. Thank oyu"
