"I went to hair color experts, because my hairdresser suddenly left the place I have been going to without notice. I needed my hair colored quickly before I left for vacation and they were able to fit me in easily. I don’t even know the name of my stylist. I basically need a root retouch for my grays. I am going to put part of this on myself, because I did not even know who I was seeing. I didn’t really have time to research. My roots came out several shades lighter than my hair and looked terrible. The stylist agreed that it was too light. She said she would blow dry, and then redo the color. I asked for someone with more experience to consult with her first to ensure the color would be correct. The manager helped her with the color and she redid it for me. In the end, it did come out fine. They did not charge me for the color; only for the cut. I 100% percent understand that when stylists are new, they may need help. She did apologize and felt terrible. I just wish that she would have asked someone before putting the color on my hair if she was not sure. In the end, it was an inconvenience and scared the heck out of me at first. They did make it right and handled it well, though. Side note: The salon is very nice and clean. They even offer complementary water , coffee, tea, or wine."

The second time she did my hair she didn’t even remember that she had done my hair once before or my name. In the middle of going to her she was promoted and her prices increased a good bit for the same service. My hair ended up being fried so I switched salons and am much happier. Overall felt impersonal and like I was just another number."
