"Came in as a first time client. The assistants were great, but they offered me dental options that they said my insurance would cover. While preparing for the procedure in the chair with my mouth prepped and dental tools by side, they brought me paperwork to sign telling me i wasn’t covered asking for payment. After booking another appointment 2 months out, i was called a week after pushing it back an additional week. 4 days before this appointment i was left a message that it was cancelled. Exhausted with the run arounds, and the last minute attention to details. Very underwhelming experience."
