"I have been seeing Kenna for several years now at Kenna Kunijo. She has cut and colored my hair thru brunette, blonde and red phases and has helped me grow healthy long hair and given me great cuts when I needed a refresh. I have always been happy with my services and have been impressed with the owners’ focus on constant improvement and providing stellar salon services and customer experience. You can tell how much the staff (and I mean all staff!) cares about doing a great job and ensuring customers are happy and comfortable! The salon itself is a great experience - calming and casual vibes while maintaining a heightened level of service allowing for a great escape. The staff is warm and inviting while also remaining professional. The location is perfect for my needs - I love that it’s in town allowing for quick shopping at the stores on Camden or grabbing a coffee or drink after. Lastly - I appreciate how thoughtful they are in their non-hair service offerings. Using Davines products is a big plus for me and their complimentary coffee/wine is great for a pick me up! I always recommend this salon to people who have high expectations with hair services as they do it better than most."

I have always had a wonderful experience with my stylist, Bezash, and any other stylist I have seen here well. "If you are sick or running a fever and think of everyone’s safety and ask for reschedule they will charge you 100% of the fee of your service. This is ridiculous who knows they are sick 48 hours before. I was given the option to reschedule to the day after 15 min before my original appointment and when called the day after to update them on how I feel they said since I told them I’m running a fever I can’t come in and I will be charged the full amount. Terrible customer service and management I run a business myself and I would tell you last thing you want to do is to encourage your clients to lie to not to be charged because I simply could have gone and not be charged $160 for not getting anything done. Never going back to this salon"
