"What a shame. I typically get good haircuts from this location. Might have to sit and smell cigarettes on the hands of the person cutting your hair but at least it’s usually a decent cut. NOT TODAY! I made sure to tell the lady I was getting it cut for holiday pictures and it obviously didn’t make a difference. Normally 30 minutes is a good time to sit for a haircut. This was an “under 10 minute” haircut. She even forgot 2 minutes into the cut which way I combed my hair. Totally lack of care for the customer. I’ll be wearing a hat for the next 4 weeks and I imagine it’ll take longer to get the back of my head right again. $20 for hack job isn’t right. I’ll be calling to get my money back."

"There was little to no consultation and it seemed like she wanted to get it done as fast as possible. She sprayed me down with a squirt bottle so much I might as well have gotten a wash. My hair looked wacked to hell. Haircut was $20 and it SHOWED. I wanted to be optimistic about the quality I would get but never again."

"I went in for a taper fade. The lady that cut my hair name was Susan. She cut my hair way too short when I ask for an inch or two off. She only faded one side of my head and when I said something about the other side, she got irritated and said “I didn’t tell her that.” After I explained what I thought a taper fade was, she said “I’ve been cutting hair for 14 years, I know what a taper fade is.” I began to ask her to do the other side, but since she was so frustrated I didn’t let her. Literally the worst hair cut I’ve ever received. I paid because I don’t like confrontation at all. That was the first time at that location. I’ve been to the one in Kannapolis and gotten the same cut with the same picture. Literally the worst experience ever."

"I went here for a voluminous haircut. The stylist named Nessa gave a complete transformation. She gave me such a great haircut I couldn't be happier. There were 2 other stylist there too. Tammy and unfortunately I didn't get the other stylist but, she had blonde super short hair with rose pants. All three of these woman deserve a raise for being incredible! I wish I could do more but, I hope this review will bring all 3 if them more clients so they can continue transform others just like Nessa did with me. ❤️"
