"Consistently late to start appointments and overall rude attitude. Mentioned multiple times for Nicole to text me if she’s gonna start my appointment late because of poor time management. The one time I show up 5 min late (she hid in the bathroom for an extra few mins) she told me she had to cancel my haircut, even though I’m always sitting in a chair waiting at this exact time. Then told me she rescheduled for the following week but never put me on the calendar. Highly unprofessional, disappointing, and seeing the staff disappear over the years…one can only wonder why…"
