"Been going there since I moved to Gastonia every 2 weeks for 7 months, rather it’s a long wait or I just got there when they opened it is always a rushed service. Your nails are lumpy, bumpy, and uneven. They are stingy with the polish if you do not ask for one or more coats you will not get it. Your nail will be see-through the color won’t even flatter you the same as when you picked it. This place has potential, but there is too many independent nail techs that charge less or the exact same and I know I will be satisfied and cared for better!!! Thank you Nancy Nails but I won’t be returning!!!"

"Ann does my nails and she is great, always makes my nails look great,, she was out of town when I went a couple weeks ago and the guy that did my nails messed then up so bad I haven't went back,, he cut eat too short, half way did my fill in then argued when i told him he messed them up,, now I'm skeptical to go back,, if I do I will only use ann"

"60 dollars for overlay and gel polish is ridiculous. Pretty sure she scammed me but because I didn’t feel like arguing I paid it. First and last time going here. This was not worth 60."

"I love this place they are so nice and the environment does not make you feel awkward or like you are only there to give away your money. Professional and helpful when it comes to selecting color and designs. It’s such a hidden gem. I always get a pedicure full set and eyebrows. They also offer lashes which are really popular from what I can see during my visits."

"It's always a great experience when you like your nails and feet. The ladies were nice, the wasn't long, maybe 10 minutes. There prices are up there $$$, due to the dryers not working and limited space for waiting. So if you come to get a full set and a pedi like me, have AT LEAST $100 to spend."
