I visited the shop for the first time last week, and just from talking to Joelle, the owner, for a little while, I could tell she is extremely knowledgable and passionate about hair and beauty, and is always more than happy to suggest useful products. The shampoo and conditioner that she recommended for my hair made it the softest it's ever been! Most of the products at the shop are made by black-owned and female-owned businesses, which is a huge plus. If the product you need isn't available she will gladly order it for you. The owner is super friendly and we are so glad she decided to open a store for ethnic hair.
