"I’ve been going there for quite some time and today was the worst experience ever! I had an appointment as I always do and after over 30 minutes of sitting with foul on my nails, I took the foil off and got up and told them I’d never be back! In their broken language they tried to get me to stay stating my person was just running behind. Well I have a schedule as well. But they were taking walk ins! I’d been more than happy to let someone else do my nails but they never once told me she was running behind or anything! In 3 yrs they have never once got me back in time on my appointment. So sad."

"I took my best friend here for a pedicure. What a joke and a waste of time and money. Her lady didn't really do much of anything took a phone call and never came back to finish. Worst experience ever. When I complained at checkout they didn't care and didn't offer to have mgr speak to me about the problem I was complaining about. As you can see from the photos I have attached my French paint job is absolutely the worst and the white is not white but rather pink. I highly recommend that you go some where else instead of this place."

"My friend and I went yesterday and I do not believe my manicure set was worth the money paid. The nail polish has flaked on some of the ends and my poor cuticles on my pinkies are red and inflamed. I had blood around the cuticle as well but was able to get some off. Some of the polish didn’t even reach to the cuticles, forcing me to have to come back sooner for a fill in. I love the color itself, but the service wasn’t for me :( back to Classic Nail Bar by Bojangles for me I guess"

"Best place in lake Wylie to get your nails done. Great pedicure menu and SNS nails always look perfect. Very pretty inside too."
