"DO NOT ASK FOR FACE FRAMING LAYERS!!!!!!! I cannot emphasize this enough. The "face framing layers" I asked for turned out to be extremely short blunt choppy layers, it looks like a mullet grown out. I did not ask for a MULLET! I requested Becky (the owner) thinking that my extremely long hair that reached my lower back would be in great hands, I was very wrong. Staff seemed very nice and the venue looks great but that doesn't give me a good hair cut. I have never regretted a haircut so bad in my life. Now I have to spend hundreds of dollars on getting extensions, because my hair is so choppy and short it wont even go into a bun."
