"Walk-in wait time was about 5 minutes. "Tif 2" did a great job cleaning up my cut and sent me out with a style that I am very pleased with. She was very polite, friendly, and professional all at the same time. It was my first visit, and I will be back. Thank you for your time and talent. 1/11/24 Walked in as online check-in was not working properly. Had only a 5 minute wait because others weren't there for their reserved time. I was going from a below the shoulders, long cut to a very short, layered cut. JESSAMY was my very talented stylist. The stylish cut I received couldn't have been any more perfect! My hair is naturally wavy and has fits when being cut wet. JESSAMY lightly spritzed it and proceeded to work his magic. I'm very happy with the whole experience and look forward to my next visit."

"The person who cut my hair seemed to be focused on the people entering the store and who would come in to cover as it was very busy and the team seemed overwhelmed. The person cutting my hair would start and stop cutting and did not follow my directions as she seemed as if the traffic flow was more important than the customer in her chair. She seemed very nice but I would not get a cut by her in the future. I would recommend that whoever is supervising the store not also cut hair, especially on busy days."

"I was satisfied with my son's haircut. This location always seems to get it right. I was not as pleased with my haircut. I asked for a trim and help with some sort of "style" I could do when needed while growing it out. She trimmed to make it even but only on top. She did not seem interested in doing anything else to it when I mentioned that she had only blended the top and nothing with the bottom. I feel like I need to go get another haircut just to blend the bottom but don't want to pay again for what should have been done the first time. I feel like it looks like I have a mullet and that is not at all what I came in with, nor what I should have left with.... There were also several comments made to me about needing my hair washed and that it had build up. I left feeling dirty even though I had washed my hair the night before. I was told that the hair sticking out from the side of my head was not from how it was cut, but because I need to wash my hair."
