"I'm ready to go back!!! This is the shop to go to. So I had to come back and edited this one. My second visit went like this. Make sure you know what your paying for, how much your paying and constantly checking that mirror. Particularly one lady clearly didn't know what she was doing. I asked her to do jumbo braids. She wanted to charge me $140 for some braids that lasted ONE week. Don't do that to people out here working hard for they money and decide to come spend it with you."

"This is the first African braiding shop I’ve been to and my hair came out. I got my hair done originally march 15th 2022. I spent 330 all together, 220 for mine, and 110 for my daughter and tipped 30 we were there for 6-7 hours. Our braids literally started falling days after I called them the 18th she just said I could come back and get the ones that fell out back in. I was going to go when my daughter got out of school but thought what’s the point if the braids in the front look like they been in for some time and forgot to post review then. For the price it should’ve lasted at least a month was trying to stretch 2 in. I don’t recommend this place to no one. Edit 5/15 since they just responded saying I have short hair so it came loose which is still not a reason I paid what I did even going back again and again my service should be all in one visit. I went to Beautiful Woman African Hair Braiding in Salon Lofts Steele Creek Loft #9 12740 s Tyron st. She is AMAZING. Second set of pics and color are from my hair being done 2 weeks ago for only 200!!!! Bigger sizes were cheaper! She was super sweet we talked the whole time about different things and culture she made sure I was comfortable let me pick what I wanted to watch on her tv let my kids sit inside with np. A+ in customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Beautiful Woman African Hair Braiding to everyone!!!! Braids are beautiful and what I’ve been looking for since I’ve been down NC"
