"Today I called Salon 108 and Ashley answered the phone. I verbatim said, “I know this is a shot in the dark because it’s your busy season but I was wondering if anyone could squeeze in a trim and a bang cut today OR tomorrow?” Ashley said kindly that she would ask and to hold. I can then hear her go to the stylists asking if they had any availability today (only) for a trim. Each response was a pause, no, or a huff, no. Then after about three asks, I hear Ashley say to a coworker, “yeah, I just have to put the phone on mute and laugh”. Ashley finally then comes back to the phone and says that no one has anything available. My response is, “Thanks for asking. You weren’t on mute but Merry Christmas.” I hung up before I could hear her response because I was in disbelief that people were actually that mean. What’s frustrating is that I wasn’t expecting an availability and I stated that, but was still mocked. It was a shot in the dark hoping someone had cancelled. I live in the area and have been in before for a last minute cut and my brother has been a long time customer. It was caddy and disappointing."

In addition, the salon owner and other stylists are friendly and helpful, and the layout and amenities are very nice."
